Health Insurance

For office visits our practice will contract with many health insurance plans and will submit claims for you. If you pay for your medical care directly, or if your health insurance does not contract with our practice, our office fee schedule is reasonable and will be accessible on request for all patients to review.  We will attempt to refer to preferred providers for specialty consultation, diagnostic testing, and inpatient care in order to minimize your out-of-pocket expense. If your health insurance does not participate with our practice, we have options for membership that will not result in significant increased out-of-pocket expense for you beyond your annual membership fee.

Our practice will be happy to help you navigate your health insurance and will listen to your concerns as health insurance policy evolves in years to come.
